Cruze & Vuish
Manchester House since the early ’90s.
Cruze & Vuish are among the names that brought the British house sound to clubs across the Rhine-Neckar region at an early stage. DJ Cruze, aka Marc Littlemore, and DJ Vuish, aka Mark Wyss, met in the early 1990s. Their connection between the Manchester club scene and the nightlife around Mannheim at the time evolved into a shared sound shaped strongly by UK and US house, funky house, progressive house, hip house and breakbeats.
From 1994 onwards, Cruze & Vuish held a five-year residency at the legendary Vibration Club in Forst, where well over a thousand guests regularly filled the dancefloor. Later, they performed and held residencies at venues including Loft Club Ludwigshafen, as well as Manchester clubs such as The Haçienda, DNA, 2Kinky and Home. Clubs such as Milk!, Lemon and Normahl are also part of their German history.
After a longer break, their shared story brought them back to Weinheim in 2024: first to GM Warehouse, and later to Wachenburg. Their joint set recorded there captures exactly what Cruze & Vuish stand for today: new house tracks meet Manchester classics, breakbeats, progressive house and carefully placed old-school moments—not as a retro show, but as a functioning club sound.
